I submitted a ticket about this and was told to submit a bug report to get it fixed. This seems odd to me as I thought this was what GMs were for. Anyway, below is the copy/paste.
I opened my second Solstice box while standing the Arcade. My character did the opening animation and held up what looked like a red armor accessory type item and two confetti. However, the animation never finished. The grey screen overlay remained and the box containing the animated image of the Solstice box remained without showing what items I had received. I was eventually able to hit Escape to get out of the screen. It looks like I received my confetti, but I can't find the other item it showed me getting. Thanks.
Added note: I'm pretty sure the "red armor accessory type item" was a crest of summer.
While I'm in here, let me add an explanation about bug reports:
You suspect that you didn't recieve everything you should have recieved after opening that box. You contacted us via support request - thanks for that, that's exactly what you should do in such a situation. On top of that you were asked to submit a bug report via F2 ingame. Here's why.
You're right in a way: GMs are here to correct the fallout from bugs and help out when problems crop up. But GMs are not developers and don't dig through code. GMs also can't submit bug reports for you, since the crucial bit about bug reports are your client's technical logs, right when you were affected by the bug.
When a new issue comes up, bug reports are often necessary to identify the nature of the problem. Bug reports via F2 send your technical logs to our developers and help them to identify the underlying issue. So a bug report from a GM wouldn't help in any way, (unless the GM was affected by the same bug). That's why we ask for bug reports from players - well, for two reasons, actually: In some cases that is necessary to determine that there was indeed a technical problem in that specific case. But mainly we also want to identify and eliminate the underlying problem in general, so we can fix things and you and others won't be affected by the same problem again.
