I have 3 Sunset Stetsons. 2 of them have UVs. On the crafting screen I would like to have the ability to choose which one I use to make the 5* branch I wish to have first.

Click on the one you want in your inventory at the recipe's menu.

Wait, is it really like this? Or are you saying how it should be? If you can't chose right now, then IMO, you should be required to drag the wanted item in the crafting box.
