For example, I'd like to put an accesorie on my Skelly Suit, but if I were to make the Scary Skelly Suit, would the accesorie be brought over to the new armor?

Yes, it will, but if its like ash tail to skolver with an aura attachment, it will NOT. Mainly because Skolver does not allow armor aura attachment. Vog cub allows aura, use that for you aura costume.
