When I complete a Monstrous Research mission, it doesn't seem to move my prestige bar any, even though that's the sole reward. But I never see the bar move.
I'm only a knight so my prestige isn't that high in the thousands where 50 or 100 would be that small a change.

Is it doing anything for me? Or are my eyes playing tricks?

it isn't a bar...

Its a number. It moves up slowly as you complete missions. (first mark is 5k then 10k etc)

The bar is there for show.

Also, daily prestige missions do not increase your rank. You have to do the mainstream of missions for that to increase. Daily prestige only adds to the number.
