Do you experienced this before?

Hey.
I'm having this kind of "lag" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qam2Yz2wzRk
I recorded the gameplay with my mobile phone not fraps or any software that implies slowing my PC
It just comes when it wants and when it does i'm still 4 bars. Usually at enemies spawning I think...(and NOT only on Vana fight )
This morning I did a test with every option on advanced options and still got it...
I have a good connection, I'm on the server I have to be. I didn't use to get lag or anything, instead of it while everybody was restarting java and stuff I didn't even care about it.
Does anybody have this annoying and unplayable experience?And if you do or did, How did you solve it?

Playing on steam
I uninstalled all java and uninstalled SK of steam and deleted SK folder but still no luck

A few days ago. You know how you'd get lap spikes now an then? Mine was replaced with spikes of actually being able to play. Try un-installing all versions of Java then re-installing it.
