It's the seller's duty to make sure prospective buyers know.

If you say "bids placed on items X and Y", but don't list the bids nor state that you rejected/removed those bids, what's a prospective buyer to think?

I did not count 4,2k ce as a bid, but i listed it here on the page anyway.

Then he said he would retract the bid within 2 days if i dont sell.

So i took it away the bid when i saw his comment.

Why would anyone be interested in a retracted bid when npc offers more????
