Cant tell.
If I change it to a higher setting in game, It will say the changes will occur after the game is restarted. So I restart the game, and when I go to check my settings, it says I'm still at the previous level of AA >_>
I cant tell If its working, just because of the small effect it plays, so this MAY be a bug about the drop-down menu. It kinda looks like it should be working, because whenever the game starts up with a higher level of AA, such as x8 or x16, the screen flashes to a black screen a certain amount of times. This amount corressponds to the AA I set (more with higher AA, less with lower AA)
I doubt this can really be resolved by anyone, but If the devs could at least look into the problem, and check that the Drop down menu updates then that would be nice :)
Quick specs:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
CPU: Intel i5 Duo Core
GPU: Nvidia Geforce 310M (Notebook)
RAM: 4 GB
Computer: Toshiba Satellite E205 (Blue Label) Laptop
I know Its not really for gaming, but I can still play SK at High detail setting, Vertical Sync on, Cull transients on, and x4 AA (? thats what it was originally) At about 40 FPS average. Hope this is just a small bug, if not an issue on my side with my GPU.
This doesn't really affect my gameplay that much, or at least from what I can tell, but I would like my settings maxed out to my computer's best :D
If this should be in Bug Reports then I'll move it there if I'm still online tonight.
You need to change it in your driver software. It overrides the SK configuration.
