By the way, our best understanding of Punch and Vise is that you'd expect to spend about 1,280,000 crowns to get a CTR High or Very High by rolling for UVs. (CTR comes up 1/8 of the time, and High or Very High seems to come up about 1/8 of the time. So you expect 64 tries, at 20,000 crowns each.) So, in a sense, anything less than that is a bargain. That's why 500,000 for CTR High and 1,000,000+ for CTR Very High is quite reasonable.

thx, another question, which would keep me safe better as a charge spammer combuster or DA? i have DA right now but it seems like im regretting getting it after seeing how fast the animation of combuster and has no movement speed penalty when charging

Those are my two favorite elemental swords. Nowadays I use Combuster much more, but I still like DA for dealing with crowds of undead and constructs, especially by comboing into them. If you prefer to spam charge attacks, then I can say that Combuster charges faster than DA, and lets you move faster while charged, and knocks back a whole lot. But DA's charge pushes back a whole crowd of monsters.
I guess I'd say that replacing your DA with a Combuster should be a low priority. You should make sure you have piercing and shadow swords first, and try a variety of bombs and guns, too. And get some good offensive trinkets. If you've already done all of that, and you have money piling up with nothing to spend it on, then Combuster is one of the best things to spend it on.
See the Auction House. I've seen Brandish CTR High go for 400,000 or 500,000 many times. I've seen Brandish CTR Very High go for well over 1,000,000. In fact, one went for 1,700,000 if I'm not mistaken.
If you're actually looking to buy, you might try moving this thread to the Bazaar forum, where people trade and think about prices.
