Can anybody help me get to the "Hall Of Heroes"? In all of the Arcade sets I've gone through, to get to Tier 2 I must go there to recieve a "2 Star Certificate" Can anybody explain how I get there?

nobody cant take you to hall of heroes because only one player can go there so you cant invite people to hall of heroes. you will get your first hall of heroes in your rank mission 4-1 so if you want to go there you must start doing rank missions to reach hall of heroes and get your certificate
