Read this then go to the
Read this then go to the Supply Depot in-game. Kozma.
Then purchase a weapon slot. It will go into your inventory and then you click on it to activate it. you can now use a third (or fourth weapon slot). At least that's what I think you can do. I've never needed a upgrade at all since day 1 of playing the game so I am not 100% sure of this but it might work.

PRESS I
GO TO USABLE SECTION IN YOUR INVENTORY
RIGHT CLICK LE SLOT
CLICK ACTIVATE
TA-DAH.
You have to activate a weapon slot upgrade.
