Cheap CE package options have been removed?

I was getting on to see how much an elevator pass is, and I noticed that the 750 CE pack and a different one (I think it was 1,600 CE) have vanished! Why where they removed?

If the below is inaccurate, bump a GM to edit the official FAQ. Ask guildies in different countries to test, in case it's a payment/region issue.
