I wanted to pu this out here just to see if any one has been having the same problem I just downloaded it agin and it keeps getting stuck on 90 percent or it doesn't load at all any idea on how to fix it thanks

The Technical Issues subforum is a good place for information and asking questions. I would suggest checking there to see if anyone else has solved this problem.
My suggestions would be to reinstall Java or download the game via Steam/website, whichever you are currently not using.
