So I've gotten to the point where I'm content in this game, can solo to the core and solo to Vanaduke. I'm a little bored now and started something last night... giving away mats!

Generally, I've been doing things like Riddle, Puzzles and first person to answer will get something. It was kinda fun and I think some people enjoyed it too. So I'm gonna be in...say Haven 3, by Brinks when I do this for those who want to play. There's no set time that I'm doing this just randomly when I'm bored.

I'll probably advertise the question in /2 and also /s and first person to answer wins, that simple.

And contests are strategic forms of marketing to draw attention to a business. In this case, Troutsky is marketing his boredom by offering contests in in the trade channel. Even established bazaars and flea markets have contests and give aways.
