Add a 1000 cr fee on missions snarby, jelly and roar, and a 2000 cr fee on mission Vanaduke.

Just nerf payout
How about after the first time some does the mission, their payout is dramtically reduced? So all missions would have about 20% cr of the first run (which would be untouched) no mats, and heat untouched (or perhaps slightly raised?). (as for how to do this, just divide the number of coins the player gets when they return to haven/disconnect by 5) And this wouldn't affect other party members doing it for the first time.
Make them require you got go though the Arcade to complete it.
And make new content for arcad thart has a good payout,
And nerf KoA's payout.
