I have been looking for a while now and I could only find one armour shoppe. Isn't there more then one? If so where do I find more of them?

The best place to buy low
The best place to buy low star gear is the auction house, 2-3* gear is usually several thousand crowns cheaper than the price the NPCs sell at. Make sure you sort by buy price to get the best deals (unless you have the time to sit around trying to win stuff for cheaper but before you know what stuff should sell for it's better to just buy the gear of the type you want with the cheapest buy now price).

No, you really should never buy anything but incredibly common 2* gear (flourishes, autoguns, brandishes, wolver) from the AH. It is almost always cheaper to just craft your own.

Some of the 3* common items are cheaper on the AH than it is to craft on your own.
The equipment system for this game wants you to craft your own equipment.
Check the Wiki for what you plan to get and follow the recipes.
