NOTES:
-there is also a position higher than #1 which is KING.
-the position of KING is given to the player with the most votes of the respective category.
-one player can be chosen as KING or be ranked in two or more teirs at once while even being in the Legend sub category.
-there will be tournaments that could or could not happen that allow the top 3 to challenge the king to a duel for the position of king.
-players that happen to ranked here must be active still except for the legends of LD sub category.
-only 5 players may be chosen as legends.
-players nominated for the legends category can either be active or retired.
