I have spent more than 9.95 $ Dollars in a single purchase but i didn't got Mirrored Lockbox

As i read here : http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Usables#Mirrored_Lockbox
In the Mirrored Lockbox it says : Mirrored Lockboxes are obtained as a prize from the prize wheel, or as a bonus for every $9.95 spent in a single purchase
I have arleady spent once more than 9.95 dollars in a single purchase but i did not got any Mirrored Lockbox.
Was that a limited offer or it's only with Paypal or Credit card? I use Mobile Phone and paid 18 dollars

Limited offer. I have to ask though. Is it that hard to read the end of the sentence. It clearly states April 18-22, 2012 and unless I went back in time, I'm pretty sure we're almost in mid-July.
