It is so much better, I used shadowsun stetson + dragon scale mail, which is partially the wrong defense, and I did not make myself immune to oil.
I died 3 times for the whole run, twice because of me being stupid, and I think that the second floor isn't hard enough.
If there was ever to be another nerf to this place, it would simply be to make the oiler dash place just one less blotch of oil that usually lands on top of us. But the reason that the oilers should not be nerfed, is because they are so reckless that they tear apart their gremlin allies which helps us.
So right now, no nerf needs to go through. Only buffs.
The second level, as I said earlier, is easier than it should be. I really like the room where you have to hit the three switches quickly to move to the next room, but not so much the boss room. I think that the boss room should be done a bit differently. Perhaps add more oilers and gremlin scorchers into each gate, and make each gate timed instead of upon hitting a switch. If we don't kill the separate giant oiler things fast enough, we will be punished.
Some levels on the second floor also need to have a bit more monsters to them, since some rooms were easier than they should be.

Does anyone know what the issue with this one was? I didn't seem to know a difference between Polyps spawning them before and now, are they just spawning them less?
