You want t help somebody on missions in t1.Which means a fee of 300cr to join them and they have to be your friend/guild.t2 like wise could be 600 cr to HELP and 850 cr to HELP for t3.

Once per mission per day.Or else elevator pass usres would Spam LoA all day creating more problems.If you fail the prestige mission you cannot replay or again elevator passers will abuse by dying to the last enemy on the last spawn letting them replay forever also that coukld be abused by non pass users but not forever.
Arcade
Arcade costs cut to:
50 cr for t1
150 cr for t2
400 cr for t3
Also a light amount of prestige per level in arcade 10 prestige for t1 per level.t2 has 15 prestige per level. t3 has 25 prestige per level
Boss Stratums
Silent legion should be added into t3 as one of those "toxilargo-type" missions along woth schemer Razwog in t1
And also the long waited arrival of Operation Crimson Hammer!(you can only get the Dark Retribution and the WRH and 3* and 1* versions with tokens you get after beating him 15 tokens for 1* 25 for 3* 40 for 5*)for Seerus mask you have to buy expansion and for t2,t1 masks you need to buy expansion only need to buy once.
Boss stratums also get prestige
Snarbolax:20 prestige per depth 35 for boss depth
RJP/IMF: 30 prestige per depth 45 for boss depth
FSC/OCH:40 prestige per depth 60 for boss
Silent legion:30 prestige for 1st depth Arkus has 40 prestige for defeating him And Arkus drops 1 almirian seal
Toxilargo:25 prestige for 2 depths 35 for boss depth drops 1 jelly gem
Razwog:level before boss have 15 prestige Boss has 25 prestige drops 1 OCH token and 1 Bark module
Also pre-boss stratums include silent legion(t3),Toxilargo(t2),Razwog(t1)(start a mistalt to learn who he is in the first few missions)
For example
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 (bold numbers are active gates) The gates Repeat forever BUT the other stratums are chosen by minerals/disruptions

ALL prebosses should also drop recon modules.
Gauntlet is also included but makes an appearance in t3 diguised as a regular arena till you get onto that depth

System Exploits Commence:
I collect everything, and then hit the Return to Haven button from the ESC menu just before the elevator to Haven, so it acts as leaving the party and not completing the mission.

Everthing else I dont feel like arguing about. Nerf KoA to 4k payout maximum. Buff ALL Arcade payouts.
Problem solved. Everyone will be more likely run Arcade because everyone wants to maximise profit in hopes of hoarding CE or CR for UV rolls or accessories.

Just remove the mission system and put missions inside Clockworks so it's more of a "Scenario Room".
Not only would this make Clockworks a bit more fun but it would add to the experience of "unique levels."

That also is part of it if you DO hit that esc menu and go to haven that counts as a fail too.Unless you are in party lobby.

That last level has a LOT of tresure boxes.Let me think what is so rare to get in a treasure box??Gear!!!!After some time I would eventually get something be it a nightblade or a dread skelly mask its gear and gear sells well for somebody who is F2P even though no elevator pass I would be able to do forever as with ~4k payout means ~2-3 runs mean buy 100 ce Reapeat forever till you need to stop or are having seizures from too much screen-watching or till you get a piece of gear(EVENTUALLY)

I think Hector's point is that there is no fee to play t1 Clockworks. That's the whole point.
If you're skint and have nothing left to sell, you play t1 Clockworks. (Or at least that was the way it used to be.)
The t2 fee for joining a party without clearing the previous tier is 200 cr, and the t3 fee is 500 cr. Putting the fee up makes no sense.
Dropping OCH tokens is not going to work - for starters, how would non-paying players get to craft items using the tokens? They wouldn't be able to use them for anything.
I am all for adding prestige to standard Clockworks levels, though.
I'll come up with more comments when I think of them.

For future reference, people don't do missions for Prestige. Prestige is worthless. Offering it as a reward wont change anything. Prestigue Missions are already only playable once, unless you want to help people. LoA is DIFFICULT, and thus very few people can farm it easily. I don't know of anyone who plays it more than once per day (maybe twice).
Also, you're hitting people, like me, who help others with random rank missions because I like helping people, not because I'm looking for profit. Making ALL rank missions unrepeatable is unnecessary. Just need to hit the boss missions. IMO, just reduce the payout of the Rank Missions with the bosses. That's all you need to bring people back the arcade (and lower the CE price a bit at the rage of most of the player base). Then, buff the payout of their Arcade counterparts.
I would like more gates, because then there are more possibilities for arenas and such (also stratas you like have a better chance of popping up).

Since you didn't seem to get my previous post here is a more detailed explanation:
First of all, completely REMOVE the Mission GUI or replace it with "Prestige/Expansion" as the mission system has completely destroyed Arcade. While still allowing players to enjoy the freedom of an easy click for Prestige to Expansion.
Secondly, all those missions that would be removed, put them in arcade where you actually have to JOURNEY into the clockworks to find them. It'd not only give you the sense of accomplishing something since they're uncommon but gives the thrill of actually doing a mission. Saving Knights in clockworks? Freeing them? Searching for Arkus? Yes please for me. Akin to Scenario Rooms these not only unfold more on the story of Spiral Knights but are uncommon enough to be secrets among other things.
So, yeah.

Charging for mission access would be punishment. Making the price scaled to tier higher than it is in the Arcade is silly considering you pay less often for Arcade access to skip to a tier you already have cleared, and if you have cleared the previous tier of the tier you are trying to jump to on that particular gate there is no fee. Paying for access on every single mission would be excessive, deterring players not only from missions but from the game overall.
Prestige daily missions are fine as they are.
There is no fee to start at D0/T1. There is a fee to skip T1 to begin T2 and to skip T2 to begin T3 if you have not cleared the tier you wish to skip on that specific gate. To prevent floods of prestige favoring those with elevator passes, even though prestige is worthless, giving prestige for regular gameplay through the Clockworks would turn it from consistent devotion to daily missions to having the most time to use an elevator pass.
Toxilargo and all minibosses should have their own token systems if new equipment is created for them. The expansion is only accessible if you have it as Shadow Lairs are only accessible by using the key for it at T3 Basil found only through the Arcade. Boss stratum should not give prestige if we want them to be less grindable.
The gates each have one of the four currently existing bosses. Once a gate expires, the gate which replaces it should restore the upkeeping; that means sometimes there are two gates with the same boss at a time though not for very long. This is to offer access to all bosses through the Arcade at any given time so long as you are able to do so.

I would like to see mission FSC nerfed to 4k crowns while the clockworks FSC gets buffed to 9k/10k crowns. Or even make the boss mission levels unreplayable unless invited by someone to help them.
Also.. if you guys think Toxilargo deserves to drop tokens.. it better be in a "boss" room where you are fighting 5 Sloombargos, 5 Toxilargos, and for good measure 5 Oiler Barons.. and for even greater measure put the Oiler Barons on fire.
No I'm not trolling. I would squeal with joy and rush that room with my acheron if it happened.

@Glacies I understand that and I give that a hearty +1 BUT there is 1 problem. Scenario rooms are actually quite rare at the moment.Make it more common? that might work then.
@Luguiru Look at Glacies' second post to see what I think about missions. Perhaps ONLY the boss and missions/scenario rooms should have them then?Operation Crimson hammer is only available for the masks AND you need to do each twice for the hammer/reprisals you need to spend your tokens.Toxilargo having its own tokens means probably new poison gear as we have very little now.Maybe a normal/piercing poison medium slow weapon?
And definetly a poison alchemer line.Gates could be rotated every 24 hrs?
@Wodanct Fighting 5 toxilargos is WAY too much not to mention sloombargos and barons.
The boss room can have 1 toxilargo 2 sloombargos and 2 barons.With some poison traps. Or else we need something better than an acheron to deal with it and remember its t2 not t3.
Mission FSC can be done over and over again with the same payout if they use them as "missions" in the clockworks.

I dunno, Toxilargos seem a little too easy to deal with on their own tbh. Sloombargos are also a bad idea, since people might deliberately go to sleep for the healing whilst teammates shieldbump. Oiler Barons and Mercurial... thingies would work well.
At least my Gran Faust would end up seeing a bit more use. xP

Firstly, punctuation. Try it some time. I could barely read this post.
Secondly, you can already play "forever". Choose properly and T3 (and some T2) Clockworks and missions are self-sustaining. Nothing special about LoA.

@Derpules The special thing is the treasure boxes.They can get you gear,tokens etc. where in the clockworks has less of them and nothing except maybe a treasure vault or other danger missions can match that.Yes it is rare but then treasure vaults have ~same amount of boxes but the only come in random selection whereas it is certain to get the boxes in Leigon of Almire.So the self sustaining has a chance to have better rewards because earning a piece of 3-5* gear is helpful and can get you high rewards in AH.

And if only down energy cost for 5ce in arcade tier 1 and 8ce in arcade tier 2?

I think problem is boss mission. Others missions is not problem.
In place for boss mission we can redirect for make gate of boss in arcade. And in description for mission we can say for he defeat boss.

People will play what they want to play. Most people want more crowns, so they naturally swarm to where they can make the most, i.e. missions.
You can go ahead and make missions extremely undesirable to play. Do you get people back in arcade? Sure, because they always want to make more crowns and that's the only choice they have now.
Will that make the arcade thriving with players? Not actually, people would just be looking for shortcuts to arenas and graveyards, same as before mission system is introduced. Gates without them would still be pretty empty.
What does restricting missions will do? People will still be looking for crowns and will still be doing the same thing over and over - just changed from boss missions to arenas and graveyards. CE price will slowly adjust to whatever the new level of crowns you can get from 100 mist. So what this suggestion can accomplish?
People will play what they want to play. I don't know why you want to grab people by their hair and pull them out from one bucket, just to shove them into another.
Boost arcade crown output to a level comparable to multiple mission runs if you want. But leave the options open, not remove the options. Let people choose.

You could also make clockwork payouts slightly higher than the normal mission. Tier one entry fee has to remain free. I like giving a little prestige after each depth, it's a little incentive to those who try to get lots of prestige.

why not make a mission npc (kora, maybe?) standing next to a computer near the gates of the arcade, so youd need to bring people into the arcade itself even if youd sacrifice a bit of time?

Are you saying that to talk to Kora for the missions you would need to go to the Arcade? If so, doing those talking missions with Kora aren't really much of a mission and people would still use the mission tab instead of the gates.

Why would anyone do that? The standard prestige missions don't pay very well. As for LoA, the biggest reward comes at the end, after the boss. . . . I suppose one could self-Curse/Fire and die in the treasure vault after getting all the boxes. But really, way easier to just join someone else who hasn't completed his/her daily LoA yet.
Re: decreasing arcade cost if you haven't unlocked yet, meh, sounds fine.
I don't understand your other suggestions, except giving some prestige for defeating Clockworks bosses. Which also sounds fine.
