Their office is quite interesting. I've never seen a work environment look so unique. I'd actually would love a job with an office that would probably smell like fresh pine cones and have a design that would leave me daydreaming for hours.

I've always sorta wanted to work there as programmer (that is, if I can learn Java :P), and now I know that they must be much nicer than a normal company to their programmers. A lot of companies (read: more than 90% I'm sure) put deadlines on their programmers that can only be met if you stay up all night for 5 nights practically. :O Chances are, if they have nice stuff like this, it explains why content isn't in around the clock.
This reminds me of the book I'm learning from that says somewhere "If there is any company out there that treats their programmers like scientists [I.e. wait for a breakthrough] rather than factory workers[I.e. you must be done with this on this day or no free coffee!], I give them a thumbs up." Game Programming All in One (Second edition) Gosh, Andrzej (the lead engineer(I assume engineer is OOO's term for programmer)), I envy you. (Or whoever the programmers are around there)
@Kitty, Autofire: check out the Google campuses if you want an example of really employee-centered workplace design. Fantastic stuff.

re:wallpaper - there's no way we can make that into a 1600x900 wallpaper - it's just too small. You'd have artifacts out the wazoo.
Well, I just wasn't sure how things were setup in OOO. I was talking about if I WERE to become a programmer, at least I know it isn't a crappy setup. lolol
GMs are actually scattered around the globe (this means, ideally, that nobody has to work in the middle of their local night unless they want to!) so having a specific location for us to work in isn't really practical. Places I have worked include:
1) various airports
2) an archaeology museum
3) countless coffee shops
4) sitting outside in a forest (this sounds more complicated than it is - I was visiting my folks, who happen to live right on the edge of a forest, and their wifi extends about thirty feet in. I lasted about twenty minutes before the mosquitoes outweighed the birdsong and the serenity, and spent the rest of my shift working from my dad's Dad Chair. Why do dads always have the most comfy chairs? I think it must be related to their ability to nap. Maybe it's a superpower. My dad could be Captain Snooze.)
5) On a train
6) Lobbies of hotels I wasn't actually staying at
7) On a ship, circling around a harbor for 12 hours due to inclement weather preventing us from docking. Naturally I took advantage of this to give my coworkers riveting updates on my situation. "12:30 AM. Still on "!%$ing boat, finished my book, please tell me there is something that needs doing."
Usually I work at my desk in my home, though. Variety is nice, but there's something to be said for an office set up just the way you like it. Also, yea, being that it would be something that you could do over the internet, that could free programming up a tad. But I'm just dreaming when I say all this. I have a long way to go. I'm not even through learning C, and I am going to have to wait a few years before leveling up, I mean being old enough for a job. :P
