You can find the (very) old
You can find the (very) old AttackPower template here. It's pretty basic, but can be adapted with some effort.
An old example of converting a stats image to the template is on my Sandbox page. Just be aware that the original stats inage has been updated since I created that page.

Do you mean a wiki template, that you can customize, to display stat bars on the wiki? I've heard discussion of that idea, but I've never seen it carried out. In any event, you'll get a better signal-to-noise ratio if you move this thread to Wiki Editors.
