A checkered bombhead finally came up, but... we lost ._.
I've been wanting that since FOREVER...
Just please. At the very least, the person that filled the tank (or all the people that contributed) should get in a bombhead, because... they paid for it. Everyone getting the bombhead gives more incentive to fill, for you don't have to fear of losing the bombhead if one appears.
Let everyone win the bombhead.

Missed out on two bombheads when I used to PvP. Mostly due to me being bad at LD and lack of team co-op.
But this wouldn't really help, sorry.
Besides, I'm happy with my Spiral Bombhead. It makes Teraskaff's teeth hurt for some odd reason when he looks at it too :/

I just remembered, methinks Bombhead prizes follow the same rules as all prize distributions; the distribution range is random. It may sometimes be 'all players', and sometimes be just 'winning team'.
I think. Idk really, haven't PvPed in a long while, let alone seen a bombhead prize.

The chance for bombhead to be given to everyone in pvp is about 0%. It's seriously given only to winners/winning team. Which isn't as fun as having the possibility of winning one for EVERYONE. I believe if the chance for bombhead to be given to everyone were made more common, then bribes and bombhead drops would increase. But at this current time, far as I know, bombheads are given exclusively to the winning group.
So, yeah, I say make it possible for everyone to win a bombhead bribe. Possible for that option to come up. If it's already there, bump it up.
That's all the more most PvP'ers ask.

I've been wanting that bombhead since I started playing SK.... you have no idea how heartbreaking this is. What do you mean there is no reason to win if everyone gets the bombhead? Um, let's see here..... You get your 200 cr for entering back + 80 more cr + 2 krogmo tokens. And the one time it comes up... I'm on a team with noobs against a bunch of skolver bullies ._.
@Psycho : No, for bombheads only the winning team gets it. Unless you tie, then everyone gets it. In BN this isn't a problem, it's easy to tie and people cooperate a lot better. In LD it's a lil tougher and NOBODY listens.
@Skold I guess I could live if it was only a chance for everyone to win the bombhead instead of everyone winning it every time.
@Aplauses Yes, you should get the bombhead if you put in one energy. It will make everyone want to fill it instead of just one guy everytime, in which case it gets filled more.
Ok, so there are multiple things OOO could do.
1. Let everyone win the bombhead 100% of the time.
2. There should be a chance for everyone to get the bombhead, just like there is a chance for everyone to get the extra krogmo coins.
3. Let the person or people that filled get the bombhead along with the winners.

Again, why you want to get a bombhead by just paying even you pay only 1 CE?? The winner should get the bombhead not the one who bribe for it. Ouh well, who ask you to bribe it either? Bribe at your own risk.

I'm pretty sure it only gives the bombhead to the winner. All 4 bombheads I've gotten (2 Iron, Onyx, and a Frosty) were all only given to the winners. Well that's what it said, but we tied and everyone got it. That was all in BN, where people listen and cooperate.
Ok, maybe in the long run it will mean less fills. But this is crippling.... that bombhead was the one I've wanted since I started playing...
Yes, I know they are supposed to be rare. But they're so rare, it just isn't right that only the winners get it. If they weren't so rare, It wouldn't hurt as much to lose the bombhead of your dreams.

Wish I had your luck, thus far I've bribed (I mean completely filled the bribe) 3 cursed, 1 poison, 3 fiery, 2 frosty, 1 checkered, 1 starry.... None are mine. And some of the people even complained they already had one.
So yeah... I don't get to play with cooperative people.

Oh...oh my gosh.. I can't imagine...You saw a total of 11 bombheads, and lost every single one of them? Now see, that's just not right. I think a good solution would make it so 70% of the time the bombhead goes tot he winners, 30% of the time the bombhead goes to everyone. So that way you would at have at least gotten 3 of those bombheads.

Anyways, a real post of mine (not-trolling):
While I do agree that a bombhead is nice to have. It's a trophy. That's all it is. Trophies go to winners, not to everyone who participated (damn sports nowadays do that). I've been in 3 bombhead matches. They were all in Lockdown. They were Cursed, Magic, and Emerald. I won the first 2, and I was content. I bought the Emerald later. The rare bombheads can be depressing to lose, but it's only a small momento. If everyone got one, it'd be like that sad trophy I have in my room (My first doubles tournament, and there was only one other team for some reason there. We started... in the finals and got a trophy for being 2nd place). Overall, it's not fair to the winners who probably deserve it more. Sorry to have to be the other side here Serell :L
Edit: And about playing with bad teammates. I know that feeling from Team BN. You just have to either: A) Carry... or B) Try hard and hope for the best. I was with a bad teammate in BN just before. We started to lose 2-4. I picked up my game, we ended up 8-6 (me ending with 6-2). It's just a luck of the draw with teammates.

@Rommil A bombhead promo would be nice... though it better be NEW bombheads, as much as I want a checkered bombhead It would not be fair to those who already got theirs through bribing. Bombfetti also sounds kinda cool.

TBH, the reasoning is kinda selfish....
It is a prize for winning. If you lost, well, tough.
As well, that's the whole reason for bribing. You pile in Mist to win an extra reward for particpating or winning. These add more stakes to the matches, and makes it more competive. I mean, even if the person who had paid fully would know the risks.
I'd like the pity helm, but then again, Bombhead matches were some of the greatest LD games I've ever played.
