Abstract: It should be made more difficult for the guild master or final member of a guild to leave.

A few days ago I founded a guild after pooling together funds from several of my friends, and once the energy was all well and spent I set to the task of inviting my friends. About 8 in all it was a somewhat tedious affair that became very exciting after the 2nd invitation because for the 3rd invitation I instead had left the guild. This was most distressing.

After a very civil conversation with a GM the situation was resolved, but I think it would be prudent to make the "leave guild" option a bit harder to execute. Not exactly arcane, but not something that could be done autonomously. Alternatively, for the guild master to leave, it might provide some warning that you are about to abdicate. Or a third option, if you're the last person in your guild perhaps it could flash a warning that you are about to disband your guild.

These would all be potential solutions that would reduce the occurrence of this kind of event. Of course, I may just be exceptionally clumsy and this isn't something that really needs fixing at all. I haven't got much data on other people's experience.

I am in favor of messages

I am in favor of messages like this in general. Like, when you're sending mail, or such. (I thought spelled a name wrong and sent it away, and I started to panic, luckily I sent it to the right person.) Though if a box would have appeared say "Are you sure you would like to send 0 Crowns 0 Crystal Energy and 1 Valkyrie Helmet Recipe to Alexandriea?* That would be ballin. Of course, some people may be clumsy but I am sure people who are less likely to be clumsy, may feel comfortable knowing that if they did make a slight error, it would be protected by a warning message. Just my thought though.

I know there is already warning message. Though I can not remember what they all do off the top of my head. I know one warns you when you're about to spend energy. The other two, can not remember. But stuff like removing a member, leaving a guild, deleting a friending ect ect, would be nice to have that little warning double checking with you before it carries its task. It's like a minion. Some want the obedient do what you say with out question, but the minion might have understood you wrong and executed you cake baker instead, thats a no no. I would rather have a minion be like "So, you want me to execute the cake maker?" I would be like" What? No, the PIE maker you!" And thus, they proceed to off the pie maker because, I am not a fan of pies "shrugs" :P
