Spiral Knight Beggars

*Edit for topic clarification:
Q: so whats the point of this topic?
A: there are beggars so what do you do with them, and what have your experiences been so far with beggars?
----- Background
Just because I look all fancy and have a lot of stuff doesn't mean im gonna throw my crowns and CE around. it pisses me off. There is like completely no end to them. Nothing you can really do about it, just like most of those homeless irl asking for money just to spend it on drugs. ANNOYS ME. yes you can ignore, but you can only ignore so much before it gets to you with each new beggar that comes trolling along.
and whatever with the charity thing. it makes it sound like we dont need crowns or CE ourselves =_= *completely annoyed. hey have extra crowns? you're such a nice guy. oh you look really cool. give me crowns cuz i complimented you. EF OFF D:<
what especially pisses me off is when a beggar is in your party and youre not the party leader to boot his @$$ >:/
*insert game rage here

Can I have 200 crowns to play Lockdown?
Note: I use correct grammar, so I am trustworthy.

Yes, I asked again, not because of my stupid touchscreen.

And why exactly did you posted this topic here...?

You know what's very funny? I decided a few months ago that I wouldn't even consider giving anything to someone who doesn't use proper grammar and punctuation.
I haven't given anything away since.

here is my top 3 list of things of what happens to me in my prism bomber suit.
1. most annoying those who activate trade without asking anything and when you ask them they do it again and again.
2. those keep going around asking for things which if they did a run they would have within the first floor.
3. those who enter missions and ask for cr or ce before we even start (they get kicked from room).
i tell them stop begging "never helps they go off and do it to someone else", but still where are they get the idea to do this from and i wish they would stop.

I like afking in Haven and coming back to friend request asking for crowns. They see my costume and UVed weapons and think I am loaded.. the thing is I pour all my crowns into my costumes and UVs so I actually have nothing.

i liked the part where you generalized the homeless even though you've probably never met or have gotten to know any homeless people.
jk no i didn't. please go away.

i liked the part where you didn't like the part i mentioned about the homeless :)

I should slap you you [retracted].

Give them 1 crown and tell them to not spend it all in one place.

I tell them this story:
"Why should I give you my [Crowns/Energy] for Free? I have a family to feed you know. My wife worries as I fight down in the depths of the Clockworks, never knowing when or if I'm going to return. I don't even know if I'll survive the horrors below. I have to fight for food, shelter, and the well-being of my children. Do you know how hard that is? Trying to fund for my family's well-being by fighting monsters inside a mysterious planet? Enduring the hardships of the war of battle? Yet you're here asking me for free money? How about you take my hopes and dreams too! Want my Children's hopes and dreams too? Because if I gave you my money, everything they have would be gone."
Then they leave.

our family needs crowns. please spare me some. we dont have enough crowns to buy bread!

Once, a fella asked "Can anybody sell or give me 2 ce so I can craft my 3*? I cannot afford to buy a 100 batch."
Trade Successful! You got (0 crowns and 0 crystal energy). You gave (0 crowns and 2 crystal energy).
Moral of the story: Wanna beg? Proper grammar please.

There was one instance, Whereas a 'common' Beggar kept asking every single player, And I do mean everyone.
When It was my turn, " please I'm a Noob, Do you have anything that you can give away for free?"
"Of course, there is always something that i willingly give away for free.."
"Oh! COOL!"
"It's a piece of my mind, it's always free!"
"!@#@(*&$ You!- Your mean"
XD

@Glacies I am so going to do that the next time a beggar asks me to give them cr.
Don't you all just hate it when beggars PM you? Or randomly ask you to trade? Ugh, it gets on my nerves!
Once, this guy was begging in Haven and I told him G"o on a run! Your kind isn't taken kindly here..." his response:
"NO!"
Hence, why I ignore all beggars.

The most recent beggar I met was a first day newbie, he asked me for crowns and free items, asked him if he had done a mission, his reply; "What are missions?" then, after I politely said; "sorry, I'm saving up to get a 4* shield." he said "@#$%!" "you have no idea what it's like being broke!"

Strangely I'm getting more and more unpopular among beggars.
I did my first Shadow Lair last night, and crafted the full Snarby set. I wore the set with a Firebreak helm as helmet costume, full inspect on showing Barbarous Thorn Shield, Barbarous Thorn Blade, Dark Briar Barrage, Polaris and Combuster. Prestige bar is two bars and a dot, and I have no guild.
I stood in front of AH and counted the number of random trade/friend/guild requests I got.
For 10 minutes I only got 2 random trades, no friend and guild.
I'm gaining resistance to beggars! :D

>wears obscure costume without any 5*
>almost no friend and guild invites in a day, few trade requests
> :'(

>Wears Volc. Stranger Hat/Vog Coat in Haven
>Can't walk because of Notifications
>Wears Prisma Bombhead and Spiral Brigandine
>Nobody even responds to wanting to buy ce for stupidly high prices
Yay
(I still get the occasional randy Trade request, to which I ask them a series of questions that they fail to answer.)

Next time a beggar comes, imma say
Answer these questions correctly and I'll give you cr.
1st prez of USA? "Easy, George Washington," they respond.
4x7=? "So easy! 11!"
Name of the duke of Russenheimen Germany in the year 1907? "These are so ea- wait, wut?"
No more beggars.

it's 28 you fools D<
y u no maths

He's saying what the beggars answer.
And, prisma bombhead? Haha, I think you mean plasma.
"PLZZZ 3000 I GIVE BACK TOMMOROW"
And then he dont even know who are you, hah.
Well, there is nothing to do with beggars. Rage or not, but they are in all games with ah and trading and even in just achievement games. Guess we just have to deal with it and ignore them all over more and that's it.
