Hey guys l am new to this game atm l have all 3 star gear and l am trying to make this five star gun called the Magma Driver l have made the Firotech Alchemer and the Firotech Alchemer Mk II but when l try to make the Firo Driver it says l need the Firotech Alchemer Mk II (level 5+) so how do l get the Firotech Alchemer Mk II to level 5 without it bounding to me.

In short, you don't...
To craft a 4* or 5* weapon, you need to level it up to the appropriate level. This means that if you want that Firo Driver, you need to level up your weapon in clockworks. There's no way for you to craft a Firo Driver unbound and i'm not sure why it's so concerning to you that it's unbound, Alchemers are great guns and it's probably better you keep it for now, you won't make much profit selling it off at the AH or to a vendor.
You need to equip it (this will bind it to you) and use it in missions/the Clockworks in order to heat it to heat level 5. You can then craft the next version of the gun.
