Ever since I got two Crystal Bombs, one with double UV : CTR Med + Gremlin Med, the other with double UV : Fiend Low + Construct Low, I started seeing all these people with the exact some UVs on different gear and stuff in teh AH with the same UVs. I mean, I know it's possible to have the same UVs, but I've been seeing so many people with the exact same UVs it's ridiculous. I barely saw those UVs until I got mine... it's like it's not completely random for everyone, it cycles thorugh UVs or something like that

That means... there's good times for rolling UVs, and bad times for rolling UVs...
So if you want a flourish with ASI and one of your friends rolls one, then that is the time to roll.

Yes, it's not a coincidence to get the same UVs. I just got a Beast Low on a prismatech, and now I've been seeing alchemers in the AH with the same UV...
Why didn't OOO just make everything completely random? .-. Well now we know when to roll. Or craft. Actually I haven't tested rolling, i got these UVs from crafting, so I only know is that cycles through UVs in crafting. It could be completely random when it comes to rolling.

It's true.
When I got it like months back, it was random while I was crafing my Lightning cap.
I also got a High Construct Bonus on a Blast Bomb TWICE. One was to sell to a friend. Another was for rasinfist's Newbie shop.
I hope I get one again.......
I remember ragecrafting 6 by accident, lost 200ce and no uvs.....
