An option that can turn off: explosions / special effects (fog, snow, storm, etc.) / or anything else..
The first of all is the special effect, since the opening of the game, they added those effects, and worse of all, People who uses low-end pc or laptop can't turn it off so they suffers low Fps and lags. Including me!
So what do you think?

I think you mean "Compatibility Mode". Render Effects is more system-intensive, but turning it off doesn't do all that much. Enabling Compatibility Mode, however, does show a noticable framerate increase on weaker machines.
Thanks for the info. I actually had since researched Compatibility Mode and was going to update my post. My somewhat outdated budget box handles max quality without even trying, so I can't really test them out myself.
