Its the same Thing both no-steam and steam, both packs are for both kind of users the only difference steam user have to buy them as DLC not like the other packs they have in sale
i believe its permanet the only thing that isnt permanet its the price, and the nemesis prize boxes. once the offer ends the price will be around 40 dls or 50 dls i think
