According to the Wiki, some Bombhead Masks can also be purchased from Sullivan. So there's bribing and then there's collecting enough tokens for some helms. Certain masks can only be gotten from bribing only, though!
I dunno the rarities of the Bombheads, but my sister nearly got a second Onyx Bombhead Mask and someone once flipped out because he didn't win a Magic Bombhead Mask, so my best guess is that any mask that can be purchased from Sullivan would be the most common.

The spiral bombhead mask is the most rare. I have one. But it's kind of boring I really hope I get a toxic one.

If you want a Toxic Bombhead, you're going to have to bribe King Krogmo. It's best if you do this in BN, where people listen, so you can easily tie and let everyone win the bombhead. If a bombhead shows up in LD, no one will listen and try to tie, so you run the chance of losing it.

Bombheads
According to my collection the most commons are the ones that can be bought from Sullivan, with the exception of Onyx and Silver (have only seen one apiece in my random games). Following those are the non-Status typed bombheads, with the Status-type bombheads (firey/frosty/toxic/shocking) being the rarest I think.
The only three non-winnable Heads are the Prime (an event one), the Spiral (also an event one), and the Plasmatech (a P2P item or gifted item)

You want toxic then you are just going to have to play a lot and hope people bribe, or you bribe yourself (this will make it faster). I started playing Blast Network for the same goal of collecting the Bomb head, been playing for 4 month now and I'm still missing three (fiery, shock, and scary). Good lucky hopefully you have better luck then me.

Wow I would've raged so hard.
This is why I don't farm them. I was lucky once when I was in a team with top LD players and a Silver bombhead dropped, but I doubt such a coincidence happening again and I'd rather save me the rage.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've had people say and try that tactic twice when I saw a few bombheads from bribes like 9 months ago, but these guys ended up attacking and winning the bombhead masks over our team. I think it has to do with an update that doesn't let either team win a bombhead or individual members if they do nothing, something along the lines with the message that King Krogmo was not pleased with the performance. So I have been gipped out of a bomb head twice by an opposing team that attacked at the last 30 secs or so, among other things.

Yes, if you do nothing, you win nothing. The trick is to take turns scoring points and make sure to be tied at the end of the game.

Well, Bombheads are rare in bribing... I got 4 bombheads from bribes :D Onyx, Emerald, Toxic and Starry. Even if you are lucky enough to get one in bribes, you should also be lucky with a good team.... or a noob enemy team :P
I was lucky to have good teams for all my matches. I got 915-905 for... I think it was the Starry bombhead. For the Toxic it was 505-75 o.o I havent gotten any since the points system update.
It might be better to get in LD with more players in there... but no one knows the exact chances of the bombheads in BN and LD or which bombheads are actually rarer. They could be as rare as mini mist tanks. I only got one of them so I have no idea.

The sullivan bombheads are more common than the other bombheads
Bribe King Krogmo in Blast Network or Lockdown.
Blast Network might be easier to succeed in though.
They're rare, so it might take a while. Just keep on bribing and winning :3
