Ill give you the lowdown of what happened.

Holmes bought a ticket and went into the theater. He pretended to take a phone call and walked out the emergency door, propping it open as he went. He came back, about 20 minutes into the movie, in a swat team suit with a gas mask.

People thought it was a promotional thing, because Bane wears a gas mask. They still thought it was a promo when he tossed a smoke filled grenade into the air. They thought that until they couldnt breathe. Then Holmes fired into the crowd. A man still thought it was a stunt, until he saw another man next to him get shot.

One woman had Holmes' gun right in her face, but had a 5 second window to escape. She ducked down, and hid under a seat, thinking Please dont find me Please dont find me. She got Extremely lucky.

An aspiring Sports Journalist had escaped something like this before. She felt an urge to leave a mall 10 seconds before shooting happened. This time she wasnt as lucky. Her last Tweet was to an old friend, saying, "Hey, are you guys in town? Im seeing the Dark Knight Rises Tonight. So PUMPED!!!" Her friend saw this tweet days after she was dead.

President Obama commented on the Shooting, saying There were 70 victims total, some of which are going to Childrens Hospitals.

Bullets were flying into other theaters through the walls. People were watching other movies and they got shot randomly. Its sad.

As everyone was running out of the theater, Holmes just strolled to the back door. He sat, waiting for the cops to arrive. When they did, he said he was the Joker, and that he had booby trapped his house. The Bomb squad found 20 grenades and tons of gun powder lying in his apartment.

They are releasing pictures of Holmes acting confused and wondering what they were talking about. They say he had taken a calming drug before he did it, but they know this was being planned for months.

Almost. But yeah I hate that that happened... I hope that guy gets punished harshly. My friend said his cousin was going to go to watch the movie in that theater but changed her mind, her friend went and got shot in the leg.
I also hate that he was so... calm about what he did... he wanted to be captured and he was fine about being arrested and then punished...
That just... ticks me off.

It would had been expected, I mean, he wants attention. He would had had something traumatic.

Think about it. He wanted to get arrested. He wanted all that attention. So he decided to kill all those people. If he planned it, he was waiting for the perfect time.

I only feel pity. Not hatred. Just pity on how a guy goes that far for what? Attention?

I can sometimes feel some kind of personality in these people's action. Some kind of motive.

This...this kind of thing...it just freaks me out. And how calm he was when he did it?...that just sucks...bad.

4 boys died to save their girlfriends? That takes some guts, man. I don't think I could face dieing like that. These people deserve a moment of silence.
