Problem buying Elevator Pass

I added 10 dollars into my steam wallet and went in-game on spiral knights, opened the energy depot, and tried to buy an elevator pass, but when i clicked on purchase, it says, Steam Error: transaction failed
could anyone help me fix this problem?

Update Steam etc. and make sure your account is in good standing.
Perhaps verify the SK game cache as well?
