Why do you keep licking everywhere
The funny part is you have more detail on what the item is than the original post. You also acknowledge the several past discussions on movement speed buffing items and created a new shielding mechanic, though impractical and silly.
For the people who (pretend to) care where I was for about the past day, I needed a Wakfu-TF2-excessive-toilet-usage-break and it seems a few of the older people have come back. Stop leaving us. I contemplated homicide because of how horribly incompetent several new users were. I will glue you to each other if I have to. After I find enough glue. Actually, Wakfu is getting a major rebalance update any day now and I will be about as active as I was yesterday on the forums over here for a day or two. The classes which require intelligence to play are getting major buffs while the simple classes which have abusable features are getting derped. It is good day to have a fire Rogue.
