Still can't download.... T__T

I am still unable to get past 70 or 71% of downloading the patch....

I have tried uninstalling, and reinstalling and downloading the client and everything... I updated Java as well.
Nothing is working and the counter is just stuck...
Is there ANYTHING I can do to make it work again???

stuck at 90% in official standalone client and at 74% on kongregate client

BTW i know nothing of how to fix this. all i know is that we get stuck at certain parts of the update
