Yeah don't worry, I got my own image of the Giant Toxoil and placed it accordingly. GM Equinox will delete the false image eventually.
That image has been there for a while --- at least since June 6. It's not as if someone added it based on the Compound 42 patch. I don't know what image should be there (if any), because I wasn't playing the game when it was in the game.
