im not sure if this has already been said before (yes i did search it and found no results) but can anybody please list down tier 3 recipies that are easy to sell, or are rare?

You have to take into account
You have to take into account that many of such recipes can be obtained in hall of heroes, assuming the player has access. The easier to sell recipes would be the boss token items such as snarby blade, snarby shield, sealed swords, antigua, and pulsar.

4* recipes don't sell too well. 5* and 3* recipe sell for the best recipe price vs Auction House price.
These are the really good 5* recipes:
- Barbarous Thorn Blade
- Barbarous Thorn Shield
- Dark Briar Barrage
- Polaris
- Voltaic Tempest
- Divine Avenger
- Gran Faust
- Argent Peacemaker
- Sentenza
Some of the not-so-good-but-still-good 5* recipes.
- Biohazard
- Supernova
- Neutralizer

There's just no demand for
There's just no demand for Mercurial. People who first plan on getting it learn how low the MSI is before making the 5* and start on different gear instead.

I've been trying to do recpies lately, and found that silversix sold very quickly (sold two at 15k each on AH). I'm finding in general, people on chat don't want to pay more than, say, 27k for a 5* recipe. And on AH, while they do sometimes go for more, I'm seeing not many bids. So I'm selling usually at a profit around 27k, not great, but at least not a loss. Crest of Almire doesn't seem to do well, I think it's one that everyone has. Polaris does OK, as do the Gran Faust and Divine Avenger. I sense the spike bombs may be popular, as well as the Snarble sword, but not sure yet.

The 4* snarby bomb, spike
The 4* snarby bomb, spike shower, has been notoriously bad to sell on my part. Even before the missions were added, I tried selling them since they were boss weapons. I sold 1 for a 1k profit, and another one at just under basil price. All before ah tax. After missions were added, I tried to sell another one I had saved. Didn't go well, so I just gave to a friend.
The snarby shield is great to sell though.
Ummm. lets see,flourish recipies, polaris recipes, and 4*-5* variant of the usual swordsman set is valuable...
