Cannot call in-game support. All I get are white/blank webpages. ADMINISTRATION PLEASE READ THIS.

Support script does not work properly. My FF4 and FF3.6 do not load ANY forms. I cannot call in-game support. And the fault is not on my side. Help!

That is it.

I have died sooo many times. Due to lag. Caused by huge upload spikes. I have somehow managed to hide and try to call in-game support, but the page was blank.

I want CE refund. Seriously. I pay for CE and you guys rip me off by not providing game support, not reacting to bug reports and not giving me even a chance to get my CE (paid CE) back due to your faults.

I sincerely ask game administration to take care of this particular issue. If I pay for CE, I have right to use it the way you and I agreed on. If you prevent me from it, I want my ce or money returned.

If you have a Norton/Symnatec

If you have a Norton/Symnatec security suite program (or perhaps and other, but those block by default) make sure they are not blocking Javascript.

I've had the same problem

I've had the same problem of the support page showing up blank in up-to-date Google Chrome under Windows 7 64bit. In IE it would load, but submitting the form returned me "Internal Error". In the end I had a friend submit the support request for me. A GM showed up and I commented on the Support page being broken and they replied they'll look into it.

Strangely the form worked for me later (or perhaps it got fixed). Indeed I do have McAfee Antivirus. (Not for long though, that crap slows down my laptop visibly and it's found 1 entire "potential" trojan in almost a year.)
