I tried to transmute a solid cobalt helm and all i got was a regular cobalt helm. What did i do wrong?

You probably accidentally
You probably accidentally selected the wrong recipe from your recipe list. I did that and ended up with an extra Spiral Demo Helm when I was ready to make my fused helm. Oops.
Did u have a cobalt helm before u transmuted it?
