Divine and Volcanic costumes are overrated and overused in my opinion*.

They have different styles of cloth, the Infernal is kind of a tabard, the Heavenly is kind of a scarf.

Yeah
One cloth is kinda shredded, the other is not. There are not enough differences besides color.

They have completely different styles. One is holy, while the other is demonic. Hard to compare which is better when they are just completely different recolors. If they had more differences besides color, then it would be easier to discuss which is better.
