Actually I'm not sure that's the right place... but I actually e-mailed about it 3 times, and first message has been about more than week ago, and there's no answer...

What's wrong with support requests system? Then I'm trying to open it - I see blank page. It mustn't be blank - I looked at the page code, it's on this place. JavaScript is working in my browser, Atalanta tried to help me with that, but we don't found a problem source. At least we don't found it on my laptop.
On Doctor Who: WIT Support System works fine.

So - what's wrong? Is this problem on the your side or still on mine? Who have the same problem? Because I questioned few of my friends - they have the same problem.

Yeah, Support portal not working for me too. All i can do is send mails directly to them.

Of course OOO tried to help me with that, problem still exist.

I dont have any programs, firewalls, plugins that are blocking javascripts.
My browser have fully enabled javascripts (tested on other sites and with sites designed to test javascript).
I know diffrence between javascript and Java Runtime Environment and im not mistaking any of them.

Actually I think it's can be problem in the site engine... I feel like it's been updated, and after that all the problems are started. I can see that sometimes site can try to kick me on pages with my counrty prefixes, like forums.spiralknights.com/ru/ or wiki.spiralknights.com/ru. I'm not actually sure about this... but maybe this things are connected?

What's the matter? There's no one who uses Support Requests System to say about that isn't working, and because of it we can't get GM in-game support immediatly?

Yeah, I live in Europe... more or less. Russia.

As long as I can see this problem - I can talk only about some site engine problems. I actually dunno about support system - is this the part of the site engine or not. But I'm don duty of moderator on some Russian forum. Admins updated forum engine - and with new features appeared some new problems. It's not gonna be surprise for me, if it's some lacks of engine update.

Im also from Europe and strangely there are barely any people from USA who have this problem, only ppl who have this problem are from Europe.

So no one cares about that? Requests System still not working, looks like only few peoples cares about it, and no any idea why this happens.
