Hard/Extreme, two more difficulty settings for dungeons

A number of players have blazed through the content of this game in under a mere month. We need something to occupy us.

I suggest two more difficulty settings, Hard and Extreme. These would be two tiers (not stratums, tiers) above the previous difficulty (for example, Hard Tier 1 = tier 3 enemies, Extreme Tier 1 = tier 5 enemies) and would drop more loot. Plus, you'd have less problems having to cap equipment stats further down and there'd be more room for itemization.

As an incentive to play better, these modes should not allow more than 2 player revives per tier.

Allowing players who have mastered the game to take on a more difficult challenge is hardly elitism. Not that it won't elicit cries of anguish from players who are upset that better players progress faster, that's inevitable - it's just that their complaints are hardly justified. There are plenty of MMOs with low skill caps for them to play.

Furthermore, if this was implemented there would still be plenty of "Normal" mode parties to join. Aside from splitting up the playerbase a little bit, I don't see a big problem with the general idea of offering higher difficulty modes and would like for the opportunity to play something more difficult once the existing tiers cease to pose a challenge.

Then you can wring even more money out of us!

Ian certainly wouldn't have a problem with making the game harder, or any of the other masochistic tryhards out there.
