A number of players have blazed through the content of this game in under a mere month. We need something to occupy us.
I suggest two more difficulty settings, Hard and Extreme. These would be two tiers (not stratums, tiers) above the previous difficulty (for example, Hard Tier 1 = tier 3 enemies, Extreme Tier 1 = tier 5 enemies) and would drop more loot. Plus, you'd have less problems having to cap equipment stats further down and there'd be more room for itemization.
As an incentive to play better, these modes should not allow more than 2 player revives per tier.
Agreed, Joey is fiddling his...fingers give us more loot, more heat on interesting Gates at the veryy least I dont like having to drop efficiency or "having fun".
