Java script

That site only uses a little bit of html, css, and java script.

Do you have any addons in Firefox?

In Firefox, double check that javascript is enabled:

Edit--> Preferences --> go to the Content tab --> click on enable java script.

Try clearing your browsing cache and cookies.

@Trying

Please edit out your IP address!!!

Only changes are in times, IP, country (obvious ones) and these (left is mine, right is Trying):

HeightAvail 535 -> HeightAvail 677
....
Plugin_Acrobat Not installed -> Plugin_Acrobat Installed (Version 10.1.3.23)
Plugin_AcrobatVerEx -> Plugin_AcrobatVerEx 10.1.3.23
....
Plugin_Citrix Not installed -> Plugin_Citrix installed

I assume that support portal works for you Trying?

@ Blakknite
I have again cleared my cache and cookes from browser. Its just like past year. Not working. And i can assure you i have cleared my browser cache, cookies and so on many times during that time. Its not woking from the very beginning i started playing Spiral Knights. Its not working on Firefox, not working on internet explorer. It was not working on my old laptop, didnt worked on freshly bought new laptop (fresh browsers, everything enabled, no plugins, no blockers) and is not working now.

My plugins are:
Foxit Reader
Java Deployment Toolkit
Java Platform
National instruments blablabla
National instruments blablabla
Nokia Suite,
Shockwave
Adblock
British English Dictionary

But as i said before, support portal was not working on fresh install, so plugins are not interfering with anything.

When i open for example support#mail the page loads, favicon appears page finishes loading but its all white. The source code of opened page is:

Interesting......

I dont know if javascript is enabled by default on fresh installations. Try running this in an elevated command prompt: regsvr32 jscript.dll

Conversly try in IE go to tools --> internet options --> security --> custom level. Find "Active Scripting" and enable it.

But then again, this is saying that javascript doesnt work in any site that you go to. Go here to test that http://webaim.org/techniques/javascript/media/jstest.htm

Changing your locale settings....It doesn't make sense though. I am going to assume that your old laptop used the same locale settings? I am running out of ideas.....

Language settings

Try changing what language your system uses. From your UI, it seems like your system language is set to something like Polish. You might have to download a language pack from Microsoft if your system came that way by default.

I'm still touching base at the SSL prospect. Somethings not matching up. Try using Opera or Google Chrome. If the problem still persist then we will have to look into some network settings. Are you behind a proxy?

Wow....

At least now we know it has to be network related. Try a proxy. The site might be getting blocked, somehow.

Very Interesting.....

This is indeed a very interesting problem you have.....This is the only page that comes up blank when surfing the web? The only thing I can think of is that it somehow got blacklisted somewhere.

If javascript was the issue, then any site with javascript would fail to load. If SSL was the issue, then any site that used encryption would fail to load. The fact that its just this site, means that some one some where is blocking access or somethings not matching up like it should. The fact that you haven't been able to access it since the beginning leads me to believe that its your ISP, your region, or your router. Although a proxy should have bypassed your ISP and region. So if you are behind a router, I would check to see if it added those sites to a blacklist. Should be under parental controls. If not I would contact your ISP for further help. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. There is nothing more I can think of to do at this point. I do hope that this issue can get resolved!
