Yes, as of this morning and dating now well into the afternoon I have not been able to connect. The game loads and after typing in the password, etc it just sits there quote (Logging in) for like 5-7 minutes. After doing so it says:

~Either there is a temporary network outage or the server is not yet fully operational. Please wait a moment before reconnecting.~

Now my friends can login to play and my other friend had this issue last night as well just to note. He had to reinstall the whole game for it to work for him again. I did this, updated java, graphics drivers checked, router rebooted, all kinds of small things just to make sure. Now I still can't get into the friggin game and here we are hours later. This is a real piss off as I want to play with my friends, craft, and more. I promised someone a sword by monday as well but at this friggin rate I won't be able to deliver and I will be honest ~This is pissing me the hell off.~.

Does anyone know a real solution or can I get a stinking reply from tech? As I've been waiting on support awhile now as well with no damn luck.

The severe lack of customer support for this game is just amazing. A whole day later and not one jerk on a single front of every front.

How cute... the troll thinks it actually shows jack about what is going on.

A: The problem has happened to multiple people.
B: I submitted multiple spots to the -support- ya jerk.
C: Parts of the support portal do not fully function yet or at all times.
D: The portal submits were long before I posted here.
E: Yes, with the facts it was a whole day jerk.

Go crawl back under your troll rock. Also one of the tickets was answered much later that answered some of the above noted A-E questions. You see little troll time stamps are not everything. The issue also solved itself anyways while we tried to work it out together on the much later answered ticket.

Try harder.

Also if a moderator is around? This thread is ready to be closed thanks to the issue resolving itself during the ticket.

Well, I was more responding to the fact that you didn't have this topic up for a whole day when you said 'a whole day' on 'every front'. I assumed you meant that your topic had no reply, for that bit. Oh, and I [i]myself[/i] have this problem. But gee, thanks for calling me a troll for trying to help. I'm even still waiting for a support response.
