What would be a good fair price for both party's involved (no uv's).
Also is Almirian crusader armor any good because im planing to make it.

Almirian Crusader is totally bad. There are better curse/shadow gear available and without bothering with SL.
But the same is true for regular cobalt/azure guardian.
It has no bonus whatsoever. The only good point about it was the free recipes.. wich you sold. There's no need to make one other than costume.

Honestly, there is NO fair price, unless if you're really not willing to do missions. If you're far enough in missions, picking up a blank set of mighty cobalt is 1600 energy per piece off of the supply depot. The unbind cost for a 4* item is 1800 energy, ie either he's doing it at a loss, or you're ripping yourself off.
If you haven't done missions, and picked up your FREE recipes, and crafted a set for yourself via the 600 energy per piece to get to 4*, then I guess 1800 CE is about as fair as you can get, and even then it's not particularly fair.
Almarian crusader armor is... fashionable. I can't really comment on how good/bad it is, without seeing the rest of your loadout. Also I assume you know what it means to get a set of Almarian crusader armor, with the whole running a shadow lair business.
Note: I'm not 100% sure mighty cobalt is available on the supply depot, but even if it wasn't, I don't think your crowns/CE would be worth buying a blank mighty cobalt piece for at least 1800 CE.
