Did the Deconstructor Line Miss Out?

In the latest patch by OOO, they buffed the big angry bomb and irontech bombs, nerfed the big angry bomb and irontech bombs by adding stun, the most bugged status of all, and then neutered the crystal bomb line.
It seems like there's something missing from this supposed "quest to fix the bombs."
Oh yeah...
What the heck happened to the deconstructor line? Did OOO just completely forget about this gremlin cousin of the blast bomb? Or is this just how they want the bomb to be? It really doesn't seem like it would be hard to add a 5* version, or even change the damage to pure elemental. Why is OOO fixing all the things that aren't broken?

Ohhhhh... I get it...
There IS a reason why they botched up this update so much! To cover up this crap they made a larger one!

BAB received a huge buff, ITD is still kind of meh. BAB now not only has the ability to fling enemies everywhere, but stuns then for extra party kills. A great item for farming heat off of your party.
As far as the actual point goes- OOO could have easily given it stun+a larger radius or stun+more damage or anything like that. But they didn't. This means one of two things... they are ignorant, or they are going to buff it in a tangible, unique, way some day.

Remember when 5* brandishes got flashy new explosion and became extra cool?
Yeah, they kinda just ignored it. Meh.
