Let Monsters Stop Shard Movment.

Although I want the old shard bombs back, I cant have my cake, and eat it too. However, I hope I can at least have it be able to sniff it a little. You know, have it work a little better.

What I'm proposing is to let monsters act the same way as walls, when hit by a Shard Bomb. This is to say, have the shard drop at the feet of the monster, instead of having it just pass through. A increase of the shard blast radius would also be required because as of now, the chance of hitting monsters with both explosions is slim to none.

Good idea, maybe this weapon might actually be useful. only if they decrease the charge time and increase the radius.

Knowing OOO, they would take you up on your suggestion but not fix the part where walls make shards disappear completely.

@Zeddy, I hadn't thought about that, maybe have shards "pass over" monsters when they're too close? That would prevent multihitting which I think is the real reason OOO nerfed the RSS.

Faster fuse times and larger blast radi are also needed of course.
