after reading your opening opinion on shard bombs, i realized i don't care to know your opinion on the hunter pack.

-While there is an annoyingly, obnoxious, redundant string of hate threads to these bombs, these bombs are decent in my opinion. They just need to be tweaked in a better direction. The old RSS was not overpowered, but was very not bomb-like. I never understood why it was ever made into a bomb, but it never budded me. Brandish is not overpowered. Let me get this out of the way. The Brandish has great DPS, but it's not like most swings will hit (in PvP). The charge truly isn't hard to dodge (in PvP). In PvE, it's the main crowd control sword, in terms of statuses (similar to alchemers). Now, for the Wolver set. People are ignorant to the fact that it is not overpowered as well. It is only deemed that way because it is the most used armor/helm in PvP. The damage bonus, along with the pretty good defense, makes it a specialized set for offensive swordsmen. In PvP, that's the majority of players, offensive swordsmen. However, you should take a look at all of the bomber and gunner armors/helms. Tell me if they're overpowered.

-While I agree the percentages of getting costume/accessory items are obnoxious, I disagree on everything else. It does not look like vomit, more camouflage-ish. I understand you don't like the color of the items, but your opinion isn't everyone else's. The armor and helm costumes aren't the best, but I see nothing wrong with the majority of them. The new colored accessories look pretty interesting too. However, it's not tempting enough to buy.

The promotional screenshot is, admittedly, pretty painful.

But unlike, say, the guardian armor pack, players aren't paying a premium for items. They're getting the full value of energy they normally would, plus the chance at an item that may or may not be desirable. Actually, given how bad that screenshot looked, this is one case where a free 3 uv ticket is the best possible outcome.

I'm sorry, but how is an promo for an optional purchase the issue? Absolutely no one is making you buy it. If you don't like the items, don't get them.
3500ce is always $10 base, any promo is something extra. Even getting a UV ticket is a bonus, an additional 20kcr equivalent to the 3500ce.

Hate is only good when justified. And only justified if the hated person justly gets...well it's the majority of people that tells us not to complain without ever arguing our points that they intentionally made us lose to benefit.
