i got a new idea though it may be even worse. I'm staying with Calibur swords and a Vog Cub Armor.
However I'm looking at the Deadshot Chapeau since it has damage bonus against Undead which I unfortunately have a lot of trouble over. But it has shadow and normal defense while the Vog Cub Cap has elemental and normal would that be good or bad?
I know there's a reason everyone has Vog Cub set but it's getting a bit cliche.
The Gun bonus is garbage, the Sword bonus isn't.
Gun Attack Speed Increase doesn't affect reload time, making it essentially half as valuable as it should be. Sword attack speed increase is the most valuable survivability+damage-oriented bonus you can get.
I have Handgun Attack Speed Increased: Ultra on my guns and reloading time of Magnus is affected. It is less visible on Alchemer and non-visible at all on Blaster though.
Does it have any effect on the Cutter and Striker sword line since they're already fast?
Yes, actually. Makes it even more ridiculously fast and uncontrollable than it already is!
I kid though, Vog Cub + Dread Vile Striker is pretty rad. I'm just no good at not dashing into spikes with it.
Are there any videos of Cutter and Striker line of swords? I wanna see what they're like. Even better if the video shows the sword with increased speed

It'll make a difference, but not one you're as likely to notice.
The "perfect setup" has NOTHING to do with a Cutter or anything in its alchemical family, or a Nameless hat. Unless you're doing Jelly King obsessively, that is. Then the Vile Striker series is top notch. Nameless hat is never of any real value over Vog Cub, though.

You don't seem to know what a cliche is. It's not some I'M USING IT BECAUSE IT IS/ISN'T POPULAR thing, it's an I'M USING IT BECAUSE IT'S VERY CLEARLY CONSIDERABLY BETTER THAN THE ALTERNATIVES thing.
You will never be too good or too cool to do exactly what everyone else is doing, and trying to differentiate yourself by doing the opposite of what they're doing just makes you an ass.
