Could it perhaps be made so that entering a Danger Room (http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Danger_room) is a group decision? In my experience, unfortunately, people will not ask if you want to go in one, and will just open it. Perhaps those who choose "no" could simply be removed from the party.

99% of the time, I personally don't want to go in one and 99% of the time, nobody will ask. That's only going by my personal experience, I'm not trying to say every single player does this. Obviously, I'm very unlucky!

Thanks for your time! :)

A good idea would be adding a vote system, but since the masx players number for the dungeon is 4, tie is a possibility.

I'm always the party leader,

I'm always the party leader, so if someone opens a door I don't want to go into, tough.

Party leader gets the kick

Party leader gets the kick ability.
Party members get to go solo and ignore that person.

The ONLY conflicting situation is when multiple members do not wish to go in a danger room but do wish to continue on together (assuming the leader is the one that opened the door). There's no easy solution to that that I know of since going solo and joining each other would cost another 10 energy...

Make it so that each player

Make it so that each player has to pay 1 energy to unlock the gate. When everyone agrees, the gate opens, the energy is deducted. If there's isn't a unanimous decision, the gate remains closed, and no energy is deducted. Maybe solo players pay 2 instead?

Yes.

This is a good idea, but it needs to be done in a way that ENCOURAGES entering the room, not make it a huge hassle.

Add a party button in front of the gate that cages you and forces someone to open the Danger Room door to proceed—kinda like the current party buttons that force you to make a choice between health and treasure chests. For parties that want to skip the room, add a small split path that goes around the button.

It's easy to implement (since it's only modifying one map module with already existing pieces), forces party discussion and unanimous consent and prevents people from wasting energy. Also, it encourages entering because people will feel more inclined to open the door when there's a party switch in front of it. It's a win/win.
