With what kind of data do you make that statement? Or is it the same non-international mindset as OOO -- e.g. service interruption in one time slot, then give out free/cheaper elevators in another time slot, completely forgetting the service runs 24/7 around the world and ignoring who's affected and who can actually use the compensation.
There is apparently enough business/potential business in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau that OOO sold the rights to run a separate Spiral Knight server to GameCyber.
Hong Kong + Taiwan + Macau = Much smaller no. of players than Australia + other Southeast Asia countries, where plenty of people are already playing and even more aren't.
