Low Charge Time - not worth selling. It's the most sought after UV for bombs, but since Haze are easy to make a higher bonus is not that difficult to find.
Damage Undead: High - Haze type is more for the lingering cloud, not so much the initial damage burst. It will also not change the damage ticks due to fire. I could see someone grabbing it for low CE quantities, but not enough to warrant the effort.

Neither are worth very much to anyone but pure bombers and there aren't that many of them. I've purchased a CTR low for 1800 and a High DMG to construct (which is easiest to target with the small elemental explosion) for 3000.
